Our vision is to host a weekend retreat in the Fall for wellness providers. These retreat will offer opportunities to recover from burnout, strengthen your network and deepen self-care practices. A unique community driven opportunity.

I’m Inspired to share my success avoiding burnout as I’ve built my business over the past three years. I have practiced massage therapy for 10 years and after the first 5 I realized if I didn’t start taking better care of myself, I wasn’t going to have a career in this field. A major contributor to my burnout was chasing the fast paced life and the high dollar pay check. As a wellness professional; It is easy to give and give until you reach burnout. This is the opportunity to refill your bucket. Gain insight from your fellow colleges, Share your skills, receive more than you give!
