Self-Care Circle

I would like to offer you greater support on self-care strategy. With opportunities for self discovery, for movement and community. There has been a trend in the outstanding transformations my clients have made from massage appointment to appointment. The difference is- when you’re proactive on your self-care. Getting started can be challenging, knowing how or what to do getting in your way? I want you to have a place to move your body that is non-judgmental and feels safe.

Our intention is to hold a sacred gathering where we will practice grounding, checking in with our bodies alongside a licensed bodywork professional.

Check in with your body, explore beneficial movements, prevent injury, safe space in the community, discover hidden sensations in your body. Be a part of something greater than yourself.

Healing Hands Contrast Therapy

Host us for the next Contrast Therapy Workshop
